All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.
DOOR TO DOOR:
We use a door to door delivery and can take up to 1 to 3 working days to arrive from when the order is packed and sent from our HQ. Please note this service only works on business days.
PARGO CLICK AND COLLECT:
You can now order online and pick it up at a store close to your office or home when it suits you. Just click the map at checkout and and pick your preferred pickup point. Once the parcel is on its way, delivery notifications will be sent to you via email and sms. Choosing this option is also a more sustainable option as we use Pargo's eco-friendly, locally made packaging for all click and collect orders.
Estimated PARGO delivery time:
- Up to 3 working days from the date that Pargo receives the parcel from the supplier.
- Up to 5 working days for more remote regional areas.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- Pargo delivers excellent notifications throughout your parcel journey by SMS and email. You’ll receive an initial confirmation email when your order is ready to be collected by their couriers, and continuously throughout the journey to its destination.
- Your confirmation email will contain your tracking number
- Track your parcel at https://pargo.co.za/track-trace. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Simply follow these 3 easy steps:
- Add to cart and choose Pargo Click & Collect at checkout
- Confirm and pay for your order
- Select your nearest Pargo Pickup Point
If an item is out of stock at the time of order we will notify you about this and arrange a refund.
EFT / bank deposit orders will only be shipped out once your payment reflects in our account. Note: if your EFT is not made within 48hrs of your order, the order will be cancelled and stock released.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
