Our Quality Commitment

We’re committed to offering the best in fashion jewellery - with a strong focus on quality and value. Each piece is individually checked before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

  • Rings: Ring sizes are clearly marked and cannot be returned or refunded if the wrong size is ordered.

  • Refunds: We only offer refunds on faulty items.

  • If you’re unhappy with your purchase and would prefer a different item, we’re happy to help:

    • You can choose a store credit or exchange for an item of the same value.

    • Courier costs are R95 each way or R135 for outlying areas.

Important: All return or exchange requests must be logged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Faulty or Defective Items

If your item has a manufacturing defect, we’ll arrange collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. A defective product is one with a material imperfection in its design or manufacture that makes it unwearable.

Please report any defects within 7 days of delivery.

Jewellery Care

We are not responsible for the maintenance of your jewellery after purchase. Over time, colour may fade due to:

  • Natural wear and tear

  • Skin oils and pH levels

  • Exposure to:

    • Dishwashing soap

    • Lotion

    • Perfume

    • Hair products

    • Jewellery cleaners

    • Other harsh chemicals

Everyone’s skin reacts differently to plated metals. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for discolouration caused by skin chemistry or exposure to unsuitable substances.

1-Year Colour Warranty

We take our quality promise seriously. Our jewellery is tarnish-free and waterproof, and we stand by that — it’s not just a marketing claim.

All items are covered by a 1-year colour warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s covered:

  • If your jewellery loses its colour within a year, we’ll replace it free of charge (if it’s still in stock).

  • If the item is no longer available, we’ll issue a store voucher for the full value.

Please note:

  • A slight darkening of the 18k gold tone over time is normal and not considered fading.

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Breakage or damage from wear and tear

    • Scratches

    • Extenders and fastenings, which are sometimes made from brass
