Care & colour warranty
All our items are covered by our one year colour warranty as per below:
We're serious about our! We don’t say our jewellery is tarnish-free and waterproof for the sake of marketing, we actually mean it. So, if your pieces lose the colour in under one year since they were purchased we will immediately replace them (if still in stock, otherwise issue a voucher to the value) at no cost to yourself. The 18k gold tone may turn a bit darker after wearing but it will not fade. The one year warranty doesn’t cover jewellery breakages or wearing scratches. The color warranty does not include the extender and fastenings which are brass.
